Dozens of motors drove through the parish as part of the Lombard RAC Rally.
The cars were in Colyford as it was one of the checkpoints drivers needed to reach on their way to Wiscombe Park Hill Climb, between Honiton and Sidmouth.
Around 200 people lined the streets to cheers the cars through, which included Audi Quattros, Ford Escorts, various Porsche models and the iconic Mini Coopers.
The Rally’s Saturday tour comprised a relaxed tour of former spectator special stages in the south-west.
The rally follows a route of approximately 190 miles, recreating as much as possible the route taken on the Monday of the Lombard RAC Rally in 1976.
